How are the orders shipped?

We ship via USPS, generally by standard mail.  

How are shipping charges determined?

We currently provide FREE shipping on all USorders. The shipping is by standard mail.

Special rush orders can be arranged on request. Please contact us at Support@Zenaviv.com.

When are the orders shipped?

The orders are typically shipped within 3 days from the day the order is placed. If there are any delays, we will notify you by email.

Can the orders be tracked?

Tracking is generally not available when shipped by standard mail. We do use tracking on some orders.

Please contact us if you do need tracking.  

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, but only by prior arrangement by contacting us. Your order can be picked up from our office in Northern VA at 42563 Rosalind St., Ashburn, VA 20148.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with the product, you may return them within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Please package the items carefully, using the original materials where possible. Do enclose a copy of your order receipt. Please note original shipping charges or return shipping charges are not refundable.
